As a female officer we often have to overcome men who are bigger and stronger than us in the field. I'm here today in my dojo to demonstrate exactly how easy it is if you know where to hit.
I do multiple demonstrations of all of my techniques in this video. The first thing we cover is getting out of a front attack with a simple hard knee to your suspects testicles. I thought my male partner was wearing a cup so I demonstrate at full strength but he told me after that he forgot it at home. Whoopsies!
I demonstrate at a further distance how a hard kick right in the balls will disable your male attacker so that you can put him in cuffs. If you miss your kick I show how you can follow up with a brutal knee to his nuts.
If he resists going into cuffs I show my favorite technique, where you reach in between his legs from behind, and grab his testicles with a crushing grip. This also allows you to drag him by the balls and negates the need for handcuffs. The testicular claw is also very effective if you are attacked from behind because you can simply reach back and his balls are right there.
I show how if your suspect is trying to crawl away after you've crushed his balls, that you can kick him from behind.
At the end I finish the video off with a simple knee, kick, stomp combination. This is a riskier technique as it can often pops the suspects testicles and my commanding officer always puts me on paid leave for a week when I pop one of my suspects balls 🙁 2 weeks if I had the wrong guy 🙁
